[Amps] Anode clearance and Chassis WANTED

Well .. I would NOT use that clearance  --- "about" one inch is really
putting it at minimal, especially if the amp would be operating in a dusty,
damp environment .. Perhaps a Teflon shield may put my mind at rest a wee
