[Amps] 4CX250B/F

Guillermo, the EIMAC datasheet for the 4CX250B/7203 and 4CX250FG/8621 (same
datasheet) shows 30 seconds minimum, 60 seconds nominal warm-up time.  The
introduction states that the tubes are identical except for the filament I
and E.
