	Hello Dan, What I've found at first is only the following data:

T400012208: SILICON CONTROLLED RECTIFIER, 100V V(DRM),35A I(T), TO-208AA

also, there are three manufacturers for it: 

American Microsemiconductor Inc.,     http://www.americanmicrosemi.com

Advanced Semiconductor Inc.,
