€   Dahl transformers have low winding resistance because he uses a high Mu Hipersil ® core.   High-Mu enables him to use  a minimal number of turns, which provides room for using larger diameter wire.  For SSB applications, take Dahl's VA rating and multiply it by c. 3 to arrive at max pep out.  For example, a Dahl 4500VA transformer will produce 14 out with minimal heating.
