[Amps] Eldico SSB-1000 Mil amp question

  I recently picked up an Eldico SSB-1000 Mil amp to go with the SSB-100 Mil
xmtr. 

I haven't had any luck in finding a manual for the amplifier.

 My question is the 1000-mil amp more or less the same as the 'civilian' SSB
1000 amplifier?
