[Amps] 4cx1000 project feedback and thank you

One of the best built 4CX1000A amps is shown in 16th Edition of The Radio
Handbook.  Saw this one up close and personal as it was owned at one time by
W7TDK, now W7GG.  But that was in the 60's.
