[Amps] sb-220 questions

Folks -

Im also working on a SB221 (modified for 10) that wont load on 80 under 
about 3.95 mhz.  I measured the resonant frequency of the plate coil and it 
doesnt seem to dip below 4 mhz.  I looked at the bottom of the plate coil 
and perhaps several turns have been removed?  Can someone with a 220/221 
tell me how many turns are on their plate coil below the 40m tap?  Mine has 10.
