[Amps] Advice Needed

With the winter homebrew season approaching I need some advice please. I 
want to build a solid state amp for 200 Watts PSK on 30M. The reason for 
solid state is that I want it broadbanded enough to give me "moderate" QRO 
on 40 & 20.  Where should I start? I have very little solid state 
background, though a fair amount in the "hollow state" world. Looks like 
I'll be updating my education, eh? Where should I start?

BTW, I recall seeing an Italian import that was exactly what I want and very 
inexpensive, compared with the market otherwise, but it was in a CB shop no 
longer in business. Anyone know of these?
