Did anyone notice the article in November 2003 QST about the guys modifying 
a Collins 300-G (AM BC band )  to HF. They attached  motor drive controls 
for the plate tanks circuit but no mention of the neutralization circuit. 
It has two triodes in parallel  with PI-L output and inductive 
neutralization from grid to plate.  This type of transmitter was intended 
for fixed frequency operation. I tried to email the author but it bounced.
