[Amps] DX2 [4CX1600B]

Hi -
any  Emtron owners on the list?
I need typical figures for drive power, plate current / voltage and output for DX2 - the one with 4CX1600B  .
Got the feeling that my newly acquired pre-owned amp is
underperforming - the maximum output with a brand new tube is 1100W @ 2.4KV / 650mA.
The reason is probably maximum allowed drive which is only 10W on 20-10m and about 15W on 40m
(further increase of power input activate overdrive protection). Any help would be appreciated.
