[Amps] Alpha 76A Multimeter

Don: I once designed some instruments to measure Radon gas in well water.
The instruments had an annoying habit of showing "sticky meter syndrone". We
concluded the problem was electrostatic charge on the meter faces. The
problem was how to fix it. One of the secretaries mentioned something the
gals use to cure static problems in their clothing. We tried it and the
problem was fixed. I think possibly it was a spray but could be something
like the :Bounce papers used in clothing dryers.
