[Amps] load capacitor ratings?

Neil ---- Voltage (E)  depends on the Pi-L's intermediate Z and on P.  
For 300-ohms and 1500W, using E = (PxR)^0.5, E = 450,000^0.5 = 670Vrms 
or 950V-peak.
