[Amps] Cell Phone power amps

And the answer is...

...it depends.

    * The 860 to 896 MHz band amps will operate just fine at
      903...matching networks run very wide.
    * Feed forward type amplifiers will require removing a filter and
      secondary amplfier and maybe disabling some control circuits
    * The 1900 MHz amps don't work at 903

So, what kind do you have?
