There are numerous ways to tune a Pi-L or a Pi, tank to achieve a 
match, but the resultant Q could be far off of the design goal.  The 
foundation of tuning any tank is to first set C-Tune to establish the 
design Q at the frequency of tuneup.   Eimac recommends a Q of 10 - 15.
