[Amps] Two Svetlana 3CX400A7 8874's

Anyone know the date codes, one is stamped 97 219 the other 98 026 or
028. They are supposed to be bad but they look like new. Internally
where is the getter, cathode, plate?
I will hipot them, then run the filaments 8 hours at 7 volts and hipot
again before firing them up.
Where can I buy an 11 pin flat wafer socket?. No shorts found, input
and output capacities check normal these jugs may be useable.
