[Amps] antennas that are 1:1 vswr all over the band

there is one antenna that is 1.1 to 1 all over the spectrum, called a dummy load antenna
 
this beast is terminated with a dummy load, and a dipole is parallel with it
 
not efficient, but it does work.......they think
