[Amps] 9913 cable

9913 has a conductor spaced from the shield with little beads, whereas 
213 has solid polyethylene dielectric.  It's possible that a sharp bend 
in 9913 might bring the center conductor close to the shield.  Did the 
arc occur near a bend in the cable?
