[Amps] sb-220 80 meter output cap ??

All,

Wow!! The journey to understand and incorporate this amp has been 
problematic. The first symptoms seemed to point toward a total amp 
problem such as very weak tubes. However it was a trail a winding and is 
more likely a set of three or so medium issues including 'somewhat weak 
tubes'; what looks like a bad switch, and bad input SWR on 10 meters.

This post is about tuning 80 meters. 40, 20 meters and 15 meters tune 
and amplify input by about 13 db (about 12 m on 15.) However  80 meters 
does not tune. The load cap is fully engaged and the amp only yields 
about 10 db. What is the proper rating for the 80 meter parallel cap??
