[Amps] SB-220 fan (oil) question

I have searched the archives, but I did not find the answer to this specific
question:

*Exactly* how does one oil the Oilite bearings in an original Heathkit
SB-220 blower?

The fan seems too slow (and a little too quiet). It seems to gain a little
speed after a bit.

I looked it over, but I don't see a little arrow that says, "Oil here,
dummy."

I suspect there is a "problem" and would like to correct it before it
becomes a "PROBLEM.."
