I have reservations about these things, Glenn. I have used them in the
past, but not for a QRO application. I do not want the thing turning
on unless I want it to. There have been "war stories" and "urban
legands" about RF triggering, etc. The zero crossing feature is of no
benefit, as it provides no soft-start action because it is too fast.
If there is a better way other than a beefy mechanical relay, I have
not heard of it!
