[Amps] DVM recomendation

Thanks to all for the recommendations on the meters.
I found a fluke 87-3 on ebay at a decent price. I hope it works when I 
get it!

I have a half dozen of the cheap meters around here but they all read 
different. So I thought it was time to get one that could be relied on a 
little more.
I am fooling with some battery float chargers and need within a .1 volt 
accuracy for them.
