[Amps] Heyboer Transformers

Hello all
has anyone used the Heyboer  HV Transformers? woundering about quality,
talked with them on the phone this past week about  a 230 / 240 pri 1800 /
2400 / 2800 sec at 1.5 amp ccs... the price seems fair.
