There could be a sollution to your problem to locate your Solids .

If there's a logo  ST on the devices they could been manifactured bij STMicroelectronics . 

as in some of our RF plasma generators ,it happens that those RF-dev's are custom-made .
So try to mail to STMicroelectronics , maybe they can help even if the component is obsolete .
