[Amps] Clipperton QRO Problem

Hello All,

I have a Clipperton QRO and a Kenwood TS-850. Do I have to connect ALC to get it to work or do I just need to flip the relay in the QRO and transmit?

I've tried to run it with a relay switch and I do not get any power output. Plate voltage is 1800 and plate current is 0. So all looks fine. I take the amp out of standby and flip the relay, key the 850 and only have the 60 watts of drive.
