[Amps] Amplifer that was for sale

Bill,

This is a good example of how tattle-telling on the amps being sold has
back-fired and is causing problems with amateur sales. I'm not for sure,
but I heard there's a few who monitor eBay and other auctions on a day
by day basis just to report these. I think I can spend my time doing
better things than that and do. Plus, as many that's sold on those
auctions, you can readily tell that the FCC just don't care about this
stuff anymore. If they did, they wouldn't be passing the law for 10
meter amps and kits. It's not like someone selling something that can
cause harm in a bad way, maybe some TVI or interference with the lower
portion of 10 meters. This is the FCC's problem and theirs alone. I
think too many folks gets their nose bent out of joint over the smallest
things anymore, and now it's coming back to bite them. That's just my
opinion on the subject, not anyones elses.
