The two phrases which I've found most often bring the knowing nods of
profound appreciation from former Latin students are:

"Reg penna dept agr."

and

"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet ... "

Many will offer a translaton. Fun to try sometime. (The effect when spoken
is much better)

Google search shows the relevence of these two phrases in contemporary
society.
