It's not a question of the path the rf will take, but the possible/likely
damage to the amplifier modules, not to mention the possibility of
oscillation.

Please don't do that.

Sorry, but there's no alternative to sorting out a switching arrangement of
some form so that the correct harmonic filter is in place for each band.
It's possible that the filters were developed specifically in conjunction
with the amplifier modules so that not using them (or using some commercial
autoswitching unit instead) will affect the operation of the amplifier.
