[Amps] orphan amp?

In my experience, high band arcing does not occur if the unit is tuned 
correctly.
The Pi-L needs more precise tuning than the Pi.
If the thing is set up into a dummy load, and then set to the logged 
settings before fine tuning into normal antenna loads then there is no 
problem.
