[Amps] Plate choke for HF pi-networks

>From discussions on this reflector and other places, I know that
design of an all-band plate choke for HF pi-networks is quite
difficult when the WARC bands are included.  I came across this one
for sale at RF Parts which claims to offer that capability:

I have no reason to doubt their claim, but I would like feedback from
anyone who has actually used it.  They say it is used in Ameritron
amps and others.
