**  For  = currents, the wire size needed for single-layer, solenoid 
wound, HV-RFC service is smaller than that needed in transformer 
service.  The reason is that, for RFC service, all of the wire is 
cooled by being in contact with air.   Thus, #24 gauge Cu will easily 
carry 3A-rms in RFC service.
