[Amps] Amazing ebay auction.

I frequently see this also. In this case, the SELLER set a starting bid 
higher than the new book price. Smart of the seller but not so smart of the 
bidders, not even the first one. Bidders just didn't bother to look the 
item up. Don't blame Ebay, blame human nature... folks do this all the
