You are just pulling my leg right?  You see that even though the "Final 
Amplifier" could run legal power as specified in the regs... the driver 
stage could run (fill in the blank here)... and basically just couple power 
past the "Final Amplifier" by some simple.... lets call it a neutralization 
coupling circuit...?
