Ron,
4000 volts across 100 ohms equals 160,000 watts..! And 4000 volts across
200 ohms equals 80,000 watts..! Did you mean 100,000 ohms.. or 200,000
ohms..? That would equal 160 watts, (or 80 watts at 200K) and your 100 watt
bleeders would be under-rated... Take another look at your component
values...
