[Amps] U.S. Military chooses Harris

The Harris writeup says that the crypto is by way of an "ignition key" 
which can be removed from the keyboard, eliminating the need to secure the 
radio.  This sounds like the scheme used with the STU III secure landline 
telephones, which did not have to be secured so long as the ignition key 
was locked up.
