[Amps] FW: AMERITRON AL-1500 ????

Hello all,

I'm getting ready for next winter 160 meters season and in the process I'm
upgrading the station, to starters I bough a Yaesu FT-1000MP MARK-V with SSB
and CW INRAD optional filters and INRAD's Roofing Filters and now I'm
looking for a new lineal that will not deplete may back account, so I have a
question for the group.

While searching for an affordable amplifier I came across the AMERITRON
AL-1500 with the rugged 3CX1500A/8877 and I wonder if any one here has used
one of these amplifiers before and what has been her/his experience with it,
I will be in Florida, Miami and Orlando from August 19th  until the 28th and
would like to get the new linear from AES and perhaps meet some of you guys.
