[Amps] Shaft Coupler needed

I'm back again with another want.  I am in need of a 3/8 - 1/4 inch coupler. 
I fried the one that I got from one of you guys about 2 months ago.  I need 
one that has some flexibility and has a porcelain doughnut.  I am using it 
on a Johnson roller inductor.  The output shaft of the inductor is 3/8" and 
I want to connect it to a Johnson turns counter that has a 1/4" shaft. 
Please let me know what you have off line.
