[Amps] Hex Head Screw Problem and Associated Temper Tantrum

No.
 
1st choice, Craftsman screw  extractors.
 
2nd choice, my regular  method, and cheaper if you will replace the screws 
anyway, is to use a high  speed grinder and a cutting wheel to cut a slot in the 
head that you can  get a screwdriver into. The heat from the grinder also 
helps loosen the tight  screw threads.
