[Amps] Discrimination and amps

Will you know the States and Feds indeed do discriminate and it is terrible.
Do you know that when I first came to NC I had to take a test to get a
driver's license? Completely unfair!! I'd probably have to get licensed to
practice medicine too. That's just going too far.
