[Amps] Input circuits

I have seen that an amplifier in the 2006 ARRL Handbook
is using an LDG tuner as input circuit.

I don't have the book, so I should be interested in knowing
what type of LDG-tuner that was used. Also, if any other
LDG-tuners are suitable for tuning an old Dentron amplifier,
4 x 572B's.  (Dentron 160-10L)
