[Amps] Quick 220 outlet?

Given the price I saw ($130), I wish I'd thought of it. I'l bet any of us 
could make one for, oh, about... $20.  But, I have to hand it to whoever 
developed it: if a construction worker needs 240VAC for something, it'll 
probably pay for itself in short order.
