[Amps] Quick 220 outlet?

Well, I survived 18 KV....but it wasn't fun.  But I didn't touch
it,..... it reached out and touched me.......with an arc.  Knocked me
12 feet across the room.  Lucky it did or I would probably not be here
to tell you about it.
