[Amps] SB220 Questionn

Sounds to me like instead of anything wrong with the output end, there's  
something wrong in the input end. I'd check the input tune for 15 meters  
for a smoked coil or bad capacitors. That is if the input has a 3:1 SWR  
only on 15 meters.
