Gary,

I have a TS850 and get 120 watts out. You can adjust the power out with a simple tweak of a variable resistor. Don't know exactly which one but
Burghardt set mine up that way originally and I get it on all bands.

One thing. Try to drive the TL-922 without your tuner in line. The tuner takes away at least 10 watts. You should be able to match the input by adjust the input coils on the 922.
