My buddy got a call yesterday from someone who's building
a dual tube 3CX20,000 and the guy wants to know if his 
12 pound ceramic fixed vacuum RF Choke bypass cap,
(2,000pF @ 30KV) and matching plate blocker will have
enough gumption.
