[Amps] SB-220 Bandswitches

Harbach shut down in October because he was behind on orders.  He was
flooded in January and the website says he is closed indefinitely but
will re-open.  I have seen a couple of emails on various reflectors
that say he will not re-open.  In any case, it will be a while.
