[Amps] "New" L7

I've recently purchased an L7 that was used only once by its
original owner, before TVI complaints in his condo forced him
to retire it to its original container, until I purchased it.

I've checked and reformed all caps in the PS.

What other steps would you take before powering it on, and tuning it 
per the manual?
