Some amps biased the 811A's at -4.5 vdc. To run the 572B's, disconnect the 
bias and ground the pins. Reference WB2EGZ article in 73 back in 1966. You 
might want to short across input filter choke to raise HV, as the 572B's 
like higher voltage than the 811A's.
