[Amps] MOV - Varistor Reccomendations

With a C-filter or a resonant-choke filter, modern, seriesed, Si 
rectifiers not only do not benefit from so called "equalization", they 
are more resistant to reverse current failure without it.  However, if 
you want to use an MOV, the best place for is in the xfmr primary.
