[Amps] Eimac Tube Book

Has anyone got a copy of the Eimac data sheet book for the tetrode line of  
tubes? This I'm talking about the big yellow three ring binder. I have the  
one for all the triodes but would like to get ahold of a copy of the  
tetrodes. If anyone has a copy and wants to sell it, or knows of one, let  
me know. I would also be willing to pay the S&H to and from on a loaner to  
copy the book. Thanks all in advance.
