[Amps] 8450a card layout?

All,

I cannot read the card layout from the pdf copy of the 8405a manual I 
have. Does anyone have a link to a good pdf copy of the 8405a manual? In 
particular I need the card layout.

The second question is the A3 and A4 cards seem to be wired in place. Is 
this normal? The manual says to disconnect them. How can this be done if 
they are soldered in place?
